The Food and Bar Experience is Already Coordinated

Weddings have been part of the Adelphia experience since 2001. Your evening starts with a cocktail hour featuring chef-curated displays and eight varieties of butler-passed hors d'oeuvres served in unlimited amounts. Dinner is our Signature Pan Athenian four-course service, plated on fine wedding china as part of a dining experience designed specifically around your wedding night.

Before any of this happens, you and four guests come in for a private tasting. You finalize the menu on your terms, not under pressure, the week of the event.

In the Pan Athenian Grand Ballroom, built-in LED uplighting lets you shift the room's mood from the warmth of dinner to the energy of the dance floor without hiring a separate lighting company. Valet parking is provided for guests, and a coatroom with an attendant is available for cooler months.

Support Throughout Your Wedding Day

Ninety minutes before the ceremony, you and your wedding party move into your private bridal suite, complete with a personal bathroom. A dedicated bridal attendant is there to assist you throughout your celebration. During cocktail hour, full attended food and beverage service comes to the suite so you can enjoy that time with your wedding party before the reception begins.

Your Maître D' coordinates and guides your wedding party to the ceremony space and helps oversee the flow of the celebration. If something needs adjusting, the team handles it.

Planning Is Organized and Easy to Follow

After booking, your floor plan, linen colors, and custom design details are worked out with our team. Your private tasting happens well before the event. Menu selections are finalized ten days out. Your final guest count is submitted five days before the wedding. From there, we take it from the bridal suite straight through to the last dance.

On-site ceremonies are available and extend your total event to six hours.
