Choosing the Right Space for Your Guest Count

We have both private rooms and semi-private spaces, and which one fits depends on your headcount and how you want the evening to feel.

Our private rooms are designed for larger gatherings, with minimum guest counts ranging from 50 to 175, depending on the room. Ivory linen tablecloths are included, and music and A/V are permitted with a certificate of insurance from your entertainment vendor.

For smaller gatherings, our semi-private spaces have a minimum of 18 guests. White linen tablecloths are included. Music and A/V are not permitted in semi-private spaces, which suits an intimate dinner where conversation does the work.

Food and Beverage

For daytime celebrations, our banquet luncheon menu is available for parties of 18 or more with start times from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. It includes fresh-baked bread and butter, garden salad, and a choice of three entrees served with vegetables and potato of the day, followed by assorted cookies and biscotti. A Caesar or Greek salad upgrade and a pasta course are both available as add-ons. Entrees include grilled salmon, prime rib au jus, veal marsala, chicken parmigiana, and filet mignon.

Evening events use our banquet dinner menu for parties of 18 or more, with start times between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The structure follows the same format as the luncheon, with the same entree and add-on options available.

If you'd prefer something more social in format, our cocktail party package delivers two consecutive hours of heavily displayed hors d'oeuvres with salad, carving, pasta, seafood, and cold stations. A separate children's menu is available for guests 10 and under.

Bar Options for Engagement Party Toasts

Open bar packages cover beer, wine, and spirits in-house and premium tiers across one, two, three, or four-hour increments. A consumption bar lets you set parameters on what's poured or cap a predetermined tab. A cash bar lets guests purchase on their own and can be layered onto any other bar option at no extra cost.

Beverage stations also include a Mimosa or Bloody Mary Bar and Sangria served by the carafe. A champagne or sparkling cider toast can be added to any package.

Planning Details to Know Before the Event

Decor access begins one hour before your event starts, and no materials may be affixed to walls, floors, ceilings, or furnishings. Outside linens, charger plates, and candy buffets from outside vendors are not permitted. Outside cakes are allowed with a cake-cutting fee, and Adelphia Weddings can also provide cakes or additional desserts for a fee.

Menu selections are due ten days before your event, and your final guest count is due five days out. Final payment is due the day of the event. Accepted forms are cash or certified funds only.
