Here is what you can expect when you plan your wedding reception with us. Choosing Your Wedding Reception Space
We have two dedicated wedding reception rooms, and the right one comes down to your guest count and the day you choose.
The Pan Athenian Grand Ballroom is our primary reception space, where most of our Saturday couples celebrate. The Pan Athenian Center Reception is a strong fit for couples who want something more intimate, whether that means a smaller guest list or a Friday or Sunday event. Both rooms include ivory linen tablecloths, and we offer complimentary napkin colors in white, black, red, light pink, royal blue, hunter green, and gold. Specialty linens are available at an additional fee. Outside linens and charger plates are not permitted, so if you have a linen vendor in mind, check with our banquet office before booking them.
Building Your Wedding Reception Menu
Every reception dinner at Adelphia Weddings starts with fresh-baked bread and butter, a soup du jour, and a garden salad. Salad enhancements are available, including options for Caesar or Greek salads.
For the main course, you choose three entrees for your guests to select from on the evening. Options include grilled salmon with olive oil and lemon butter, prime rib au jus, filet mignon with golden fried onion rings, chicken marsala with prosciutto and mushrooms, and cheese ravioli in a vodka blush sauce for guests who prefer a pasta option. A pasta course is also available as an add-on.
